The goal is to create a Resume Parse System in SharePoint. This system will help to manage different resumes, automated parsing, and streamline the recruitment process. It will make resume management more efficient, reduce administrative burdens, and lead to quicker, more informed hiring decisions.
The core challenges
- Time consuming process: Manually reviewing and extracting data from many resumes can be incredibly time-consuming, especially for organizations receiving hundreds or thousands of applications
- Inconsistencies & errors: Different HR personnel may interpret and enter data differently, leading to inconsistencies in how candidate information is recorded and categorized.
- Lack of standardization: Resumes come in various formats, and without a standardized approach, it was challenging to ensure all relevant information is captured uniformly.
- Scalability issues: As the number of resumes increases, the manual process becomes increasingly difficult to manage, leading to backlogs and further delays in the recruitment process. Scaling the manual process would require additional HR personnel, increasing costs and resource allocation without necessarily improving efficiency.
- Lack of automation: Without automation, the process cannot benefit from efficiencies like automatic data extraction, error-checking, or instant communication, making the overall process slower and less reliable.

Train AI model. The "Train AI Model" feature empowers HR teams and system administrators to refine and enhance the AI model’s performance over time. By incorporating new data, user feedback, and specific organizational requirements, this feature ensures that the AI model evolves to become more accurate, relevant, and aligned with the unique hiring processes.
Responsive system. The system is designed to be responsive, ensuring that it works well on both desktop and mobile devices. This makes it easy for team members to access the Resume Parse System on the go, from any device.
