They needed a centralized system to manage their agents all over the offices; further the capability for their agents to manage their day to day operations from the system itself.
We built a super admin panel which create offices, groups, agents and teams.
All users can login in their assigned offices, add their leads and book travel for them using a third party site. We built a web services that send back the data to our portal. Hence we are able to track the sales and commissions of whole team.
