The objective of this project is to develop a SharePoint site that accurately represents the organizational structure under Jack (AVP). This site will improve communication, foster collaboration, and ensure that all team members have convenient access to essential resources.
Solution The approach was creating a hierarchical SharePoint site with role-based access controls that reflected the organisational structure. Custom document libraries, interfaces with Microsoft products, and improved navigation all help to improve collaboration and project tracking.

Added Quick Links for easy access to frequently used resources and sections. These links make it simple for users to go straight to important pages, saving time and making everything more efficient.
News web parts. Added a News Web Part to share the latest updates and announcements with the team. It shows current news and important information all in one place, making it easy for everyone to stay informed. Plus, it keeps everyone up-to-date with relevant details and helps improve communication.
Adaptive navigation design. The navigation was made to be responsive, so it works smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices. This allows team members to easily access the Project Management System from any device, whether they’re at their desk or on the move.
