The aim of this project was to create an interactive HR metrics and trends using tableau. The dashboard offers a detailed overview of key employee metrics such as attrition, job satisfaction, and workforce demographics. This tool was designed to support HR leaders in making informed decisions to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and optimize the management of the workforce.
SolutionWe have created HR metrics and trends utilizing employee performance and engagement data in order to obtain a better grasp of workforce operations. We created distinct tabs for employee overview and employee directories in order to offer thorough insights into HR KPIs. This makes it possible to make data-driven choices that maximize HR tactics and raise worker happiness.

Dynamic tooltips appear when users hover over data points or graphic elements in reports. These tooltips provide useful context by presenting relevant facts and industry trends.
Users can customise their viewing experience by applying certain requirements to pages and graphics by using both Report Level Filters.
Optimize the dashboard for different screen sizes and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
New feature is incorporated. So, by increasing or decreasing size on scale we get visual filtered and showing data accordingly.
Tableau prep.Tableau Prep will be explored for more complex data cleaning and preparation in future projects. This will streamline data integration processes and minimize the time spent on manual data preparation.
Data blending. By utilizing Tableau’s data blending capabilities, additional data sources like external labour market data can be integrated, providing a more comprehensive context for HR metrics.
Mobile dashboard. A mobile-optimized version of the dashboard will be developed to ensure HR managers can access key insights on the go.
Export preferred charts/KPI . With the export feature, users can efficiently extract and save their data in a variety of formats, making it easy to share and analyse.There are several methods to export a Tableau report.
